Alvin was unbelievable. We almost moved 9 months ago and went to Alvin as a recommendatrion from a friend, he went above and beyond as we have high expectations, but he never faultered and he continued to ensure my and my family got what we were looking for. Then we decided to change and extend our lease, in our existing apartment, when we decided to move Alvin came through and did the same and championed some amazing places and found one we loved. Even though the landlord has been difficult - Alvin, has been instrumental and tenacious to ensure we get the best service and always follows up. Alvin goes beyond his obligations to help us find a tenant, even in the Covid-19 situation, where the need to keep social distancing is quite problematic. He helps to make sure both potential tenants and us are safe, arranging for virtual visits. He actively seeks potential tenants for us and even give us suggestions on what to add or remove in our tenancy agreement to protect our interests. We would definitely engage Alvin’s services again.
